Notes to applicants
Applicants need to submit the following documents after completing the online Application Form:
1. School Recommendation Form (will be sent to applicants through email after completing the online application OR can be downloaded from our website www.fed.cuhk.edu.hk/pgt )
2. Latest school report copy
3. (If any) Copy of related certificates, awards, IQ test report, etc.
報名須知
申請人須於完成網上申請表後，遞交下列文件︰
1. 學校推薦表（於完成網上報名表後，該表格會以電郵方式傳遞給申請人 或 可於本計劃網頁 www.fed.cuhk.edu.hk/pgt 下載）；
2. 最近期的學校成績表副本；
3. （如有）相關文件副本，如獎項、證書或智力評估報告等
