Office 365 Mail Switch Over - Staff Self-service Registration Form
This service has been ended on 30 Jun 2017. If you are a current CUHK staff who have not switched to Office 365 Mail, please

        -        (for non-MS exchange / CUHK Webmail users) refer to the notification sent from ITSC in early July about the batch switchover date;

        -        (for MS exchange users) contact your departmental IT support.

Office 365 Mail will replace CUHK Webmail (Mailserv) gradually as University Staff Email System by the end of 2017. Staff can follow department schedule or complete this registration form for the switch over.
