CU CHAMPION will host community health and medication safety outreach service at 36 elderly service centers in July and August, 2018. All services will be carried out on Saturdays. As of today, over 150 CUHK students and 100 secondary school students have signed up to be student volunteers. We are recruiting professional volunteers to join us and give health consultation to the elderly service subjects! Please note that this form is for professional volunteers (Pharmacists, Nurses, and Chinese Medicine Practitioners who are registered in Hong Kong) to select their available sessions in Summer Outreach 2018.
