e-Declaration System (Research Grants) Application Form for PI Delegation

In the e-Declaration System, PI can delegate his/her account to a PI Delegate who assists in drafting the Declaration Form. The delegated will have the following user functions.

• Create a declaration application and save it as Draft (i.e. the declaration application can only be submitted by PI);
• Access to the declaration application which were drafted by himself/herself, only for status Draft or Revision;
• Amend the declaration form being returned by Endorser/Endorser Delegate.
