e-Declaration System (Research Grants) Application Form for Endorser Delegation

In the e-Declaration System, Endorser can delegate his/her account to an Endorser Delegate who assists in the checking/validating the information in the Declaration Form. The delegated staff will have the same data access as the Endorser who made the delegation, and the following user functions.

• Access to the submitted declaration which being routed for endorsement;
• Check and validate the information in the declaration form;
• Return the declaration form to applicant for amendment;
• Endorse or not endorse the declaration form on behalf of the Endorser.
