For Hong Kong doctors / nurses who require CME / CNE points, you are also required to fill in an evaluation form at the end of the symposium, and you are required to stay for the entire workshop. Attendance record (if any) and related information will be subsequently submitted to the relevant colleges for further process.

Personal information: During the registration process, your personal information listed in this registration form will be collected by MISSC for event updates and post-event surveys. MISSC may also use the collected information to update you future conferences, seminars, workshops and other educational activities of MISSC via email.

Liability: MISSC accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained by, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the event, or during all event activities. It is therefore recommended that participants arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance (if applicable).

Personal insurance: MISSC cannot be responsible for health care, dental and ambulance services during its seminars/ workshops/ congresses/ conferences. Participants are strongly encouraged to enroll in comprehensive medical and travel insurance (if applicable), which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation (if applicable) due to strikes and other causes. MISSC accepts no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
