Notes

(1) All presenters/participants have to register for the conference.

(2) At least one author from each accepted proposal must register on or before 15 March 2019 (Hong Kong Time) in order to be listed in the final conference programme.

(3) Registration fee includes all conference sessions, post-conference workshop, conference pack, conference lunch, refreshments, and pre-conference Meet and Greet.

(4) Valid proof of full-time student status e.g. student ID card is required for full-time student registration.

Payment Method

Payment is required upon online registration. We accept online payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) which will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing to the Conference Secretariat at conference.eltu@cuhk.edu.hk. Cancellations received on or before 30 April 2019 (Hong Kong Time) will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Payment for conference dinner and on-campus student hostel accommodation package is non-refundable. Cancellations received on or after 1 May 2019 (Hong Kong Time) will not be honoured.

Personal Information Collection Statement*

The personal information collected will be used by the authorized personnel and service providers for the purposes of processing registration and organising the conference. Applications for amendment of personal data can be made by email at conference.eltu@cuhk.edu.hk by 30 April 2019 (Hong Kong Time).
