News on Worldwide Universities Network activities
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a member of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN), an exclusive network of 18 research-led universities across nine countries. WUN supports research collaboration among members with a Research Development Fund scheme that provides seeding fund for research projects under the Global Challenges. Applications for the 2012 round now open.

Students enjoying delicious food and great company.

From 27 June to 30 July, some 500 international students embarked on their summer adventures in Hong Kong through participating in the International Summer School of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). These students gathered to share their fond memories in Hong Kong at the farewell dinner held by the Office of Academic Links on 30 July before they went their separate ways.

New exchange agreements

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) established linkages with the following institutions between 25 June and 26 August 2012:

Past visits:

  • The Office of Academic Links (OAL) received seven visiting delegations between 25 June and 26 August 2012. The delegations learnt about CUHK's teaching and research priorities and explored opportunities for collaboration with CUHK representatives.

Survey on incoming visitors:

  • OAL maintains a database of incoming delegation visits with non-local institutions. You may find such information useful when exploring partnership opportunities with non-local institutions. In order to help us keep an up-to-date record of international linkage activities, we encourage you to provide us with details of any visit or exchange activity by filling in the "Record Form for Incoming Visitors".
