The CUHK e-Certification System, developed by ITSC, offers a seamless and secure platform for graduates from the 2022-23 academic year onwards to share their official electronic certificates.

How it Works

Graduates are able to generate a unique, password-protected link, and instantly send it to designated third parties, such as educational institutions or potential employers. This link not only allows recipients to verify the authenticity of the certificate effortlessly but also comes with an expiry date, enhancing information security.
