A farewell reception and concert were organized on 23 May to bid farewell to Professor Great Olson and to say words of thanks after providing dedicated service in the Department of Music for 30 years.

The reception closed with a warm ambience and charm for a memorable moment, and was followed by a farwell concert at the Lee Hysan Concert Hall. Organized by a group of alumni and current students, the concert ended with joy and cheerful smiles with over 100 participants including full-time and part-time academic staff, retired professors, alumni and current students.

Professor Olson is missed by all.
