On 25 January 2014, the BA Programme in Cultural Management organized a fieldtrip to Tai O, the old fishing village also known as the 'Asian Venice'. With a tour led by Ms. Wong Wai King, director and founder of the Tai O Cultural Workshop, the students were informed of the history, geography as well as issues concerning heritage and environmental preservation of Tai O. The fine weather, the meal at the famous Hoi Wan Restaurant, and most of all, the enriching cultural tour, made the trip a delightful learning experience for the CUMT students and teachers.
