New Staff

Dr. Zhang Jiacheng joined the department as Assistant Professor on 2 August 2024. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Tsinghua University and Ph.D. degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University. Before joining the department, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at University of California, Berkeley. His research interests include mathematical finance and probability theory and stochastic analysis.

Miss Chau Hiu Ching joined the department as Project Coordinator in September 2024.

Promotion

Prof. Chan Kin Wai and Prof. Lin Zhixiang were promoted to Associate Professor, with effect from 1 August 2024.
