Appointments and Staff Movements (College Affiliated Members)

Prof Suk-Ying WONG, Associate Vice-President of CUHK, Professor in the Department of Sociology and Director of the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, has been appointed Master of the College with effect from 1 July 2021, for a term of four years (also see a separate article—Professor Suk-Ying WONG Assumes Mastership).

Prof Wai-Yee CHAN completed his Mastership on 30 June 2021. He has accepted the College's invitation to be Senior Advisor to the Master with effect from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2025.

Prof Kenneth YOUNG, Founding Master, has accepted the College's invitation to be Senior Advisor to the Master with effect from 10 June 2021 to 30 June 2025.

Prof Thomas AU, Prof CHAIR Sek Ying, Prof Stephen HALL, Prof Jette HANSEN EDWARDS, Prof Vernon HSU, Prof Jeremy TEOH and Prof Suk-Ying WONG have been declared elected as Fellows of the Assembly of Fellows, to take office on 8 April 2021 for a term of five years. The election proposal was approved and procedure endorsed by the Assembly of Fellows at its 45th Meeting held on 12 March 2021.

Ms Queenie NG, Project Assistant, reported for duty on 10 May 2021.

Ms Melody LEE, College Secretary, accepted the invitation from the AIESEC-Local Committee-CUHK to be Internal Advisor with effect from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
