Experiencing the World for a Summer

To enhance the global perspectives of our higher diploma students, the School offers a wide range of overseas and mainland exchange and internship opportunities. This summer, many of our students spent their holiday wisely – embarking on journeys to various parts of the world to broaden their horizons.

The School has set up a number of overseas exchange programmes and arranged for students to travel to the United States, Australia, Canada, Britain, France and mainalnd China to engage in various cultural exchange activities and internship programmes.

 

To name just a few, programmes this summer included the International Camp Counselors Program in the United States, Summer English Learning in Sydney at the University of New South Wales and Australia Working Holiday Program, Summer English Learning at the University of Queensland and Australia Working Holiday Program, Summer English Learning in Vancouver at the University of British Columbia and Canada Working Holiday Program, English Studying and Travelling Tour organized with the University of York, the Hong Kong Industry Delegation to Annecy 2010 (the international animation film festival), the Internship Programme at the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Chengdu, China and Summer Aerospace Training in Beijing.

 

These rewarding programmes, covering a wide range of topics in various areas of the world, provided the participants with the exposure they need to flourish in their study and future careers.
