The symposium is jointly organized by the Department of Health Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and CUHK. More than 30 researchers from renowned universities and eminent research institutes in the mainland will be joining the symposium together with colleagues of CUHK and sister institutions in Hong Kong. The symposium will focus on bio-psychology, and cognitive and behavioral sciences in the following seven areas:
i) Depression, Drug Abuse and Eating Disorders
ii) ADHD
iii) Sleep
iv) Autism and Social Neuroscience
v) Dyslexia and Language
vi) Emerging Technologies in Developmental Neuroscience
vii) Mental Health Policy for Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services
