We’re thrilled to welcome 27 incoming exchange students from diverse cultures and traditions worldwide, staying at CWC in Term 2, 2024–25.

Two welcoming activities were arranged for them in early January.

At the Welcoming Dinner for Incoming Exchange organized by the Office of Academic Links on 6 January 2025, a group of newcomers to CUHK from various countries gathered to connect and learn more about each other and their respective colleges. Their unique backgrounds can greatly enrich our student community, making CUHK a truly international campus.

Besides, we had a wonderful hotpot dinner on 8 January 2025 to welcome our new incoming exchange students as well as CUHK-Shenzhen students affiliated with CWC. The evening was filled with laughter and camaraderie as everyone cooked a variety of fresh ingredients in flavourful broth. This interactive dining experience not only delighted our taste buds but also helped forge new friendships in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
