Ms. Sophie S.S. Liu, Year 4 Ph.D. student participating in the "CUHK-NIH Graduate Partnerships Program", has recently published an article in the June 2015 edition of NICHD Connection. The article was about a biotech consulting case competition that she organized on NIH Bethesda Campus in April 2015. She had the opportunity to serve as the co-chair of the organizing committee. Ms. Liu was happy to have this wonderful experience as the competition demonstrated how a science degree could apply to all but not just academic fields, and provided science students with insights about career choices outside of academia.
