CUHK Statistics Alumnus Prof. Zhu Hongtu has been awarded the George W. Snedecor Award 2025

Prof. Zhu Hongtu, an alumnus in statistics and currently a Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has been awarded the George W. Snedecor Award for 2025. This award, established in 1976, is presented biennially to honor an individual who has been instrumental in the development of statistical theory in biometry and with a noteworthy publication in biometry.
