EAP Service: "Management Referral"
In the present knowledge economy, there is more to the role of management than managing staff as many of them have to manage themselves, their time and other activities independently. It has become the responsibilities of management to engage their staff and assist them in realizing their talents and potentials as well as striking a balance between professional and personal successes and well-being.
Sometimes, you might find yourself in a position that your staff is hassled by concerns/issues arising from their personal, work and/or family lives and need professional advice or assistance in handling them. With the understanding of the needs of your staff and in support of your efforts in helping your staff with these concerns, the University has engaged the professional Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services of Employee Development Service of Hong Kong Christian Service to provide coaching, counselling, consultation and/or psychological services to University's staff. You can simply talk to your staff and introduce the EAP services to them or you may call the 24/7/365 EAP hotline 2721-3939 to discuss your staff's issues with our EAP consultants. Our professional consultants will be there to see how we can help your staff or render appropriate assistance to you in resolving the issues.
