To allow the CUHK community to have a more in-depth interaction with Professor Lung, a screening of the documentary "Seeing Off 1949 - Lung Yingtai's Journey" will be held a day prior to Professor Lung's lecture.  This documentary was shot while Professor Lung had been writing her literary work, The Big River Big Sea (1949).  Professor Lung will join the screening event to exchange with the audiences in person her journey to exploring 1949.
