Closing Ceremony of the 2nd "Serve With a Purpose" Programme

The "Serve with a Purpose" Programme offered by the School in collaboration with St. James' Settlement and VISA Hong Kong concluded with a blast. The Closing Ceremony was held on 30 March.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Dr. Alex Ng, Associate Director of the School, thanked St. James' Settlement and VISA Hong Kong for providing students with such a meaningful programme where they could serve, learn and review their own career plan. Chan Lai-yee, a student of Higher Diploma Programme in Professional Accounting, was one of the 20 students selected and appointed to different service units in St. James' Settlement to provide 150 hours of voluntary services. She was grateful to have the opportunity to participate in the Programme.  "During the service, I had chances to help interview people from different industries which inspired me to chart a clearer career path," she said.  Upon completion of the service, each student received HK$10,000 as tuition support.

The Closing Ceremony marks the successful conclusion of the "Serve with a Purpose" Programme offered by the School in collaboration with St. James' Settlement and VISA Hong Kong
