The Hong Kong Internet eXchange (HKIX) was launched in April 1995—now one of the Asia’s largest Internet Exchange— keeping intra-Hong Kong traffic local and high-performance, liberating Hong Kong’s domestic internet from overseas routing, enabling faster, reliable and cost-effective services.
