Manage Project / Other Accounts via CAAMS
Don’t know what accounts on hand for your projects, courses or departments?
Computing Account Application and Management System (CAAMS) was first launched in Aug 2018 for staff to apply for department, project and external user accounts. Application and endorsement seeking can then be completed by a few clicks. You can always check the account(s) held by you at there.
From Dec 2019, the system now manages abovementioned accounts with the following enhanced features:
- Simplified user interfaces
- Summarizing the accounts held by you with the expiry date shown at “View Your Account / Application”
- Reminding account applicant (coordinator) through emails when an account is expiring in 30 days.
- Supporting account renewal
If you would like to update the account information e.g. coordinator, endorser and account name, you may submit your updates at https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=3512665.
