Ten workshops led by health professionals of different disciplines covered topics including menopause, heart health, osteoporosis, urinary incontinence, breast cancer, muscle and bone health, nutrition and weight control, spiritual health, emotion management, family and marriage. About 700 participants attended the event.  Most claimed they had enjoyed the activities and wished more of these educational events to be held in the future.
