The Faculty of Arts will join the Outreach Visit to the Mainland organized by the Graduate School of CUHK in mid May 2014, to promote the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme among academics and students in the Mainland as well as to recruit potential applicants.

During the 4-day visit, the delegation plans visit a number of universities in the northeast China. Some universities proposed to be visited, including the Jilin University, Nankai University and Tianjin University, had strong humanities departments.
