Leaving CUHK? Don’t Miss These IT Steps

Leaving CUHK marks a new chapter, and a few simple IT steps can help make the transition smoother. 

Checklist for Graduating Students

 
Before Graduation: Before leaving CUHK, make sure your personal information in CUSIS is up to date. 
Save Important Records: Download or back up useful materials such as Blackboard content, OneDrive files, Zoom cloud recordings and unofficial transcripts while access is still available. 
After Graduation: You may also explore the @Link Alumni Email Service to stay connected after graduation. 
 
Checklist for Leaving Staff 

 
Data and File Handover: Before your final working day, back up personal data and hand over work-related files and records properly. 
Accounts and Ownership: Update sign-in details for third-party accounts and arrange transfer of project account ownership if required. 
Devices and Software: Remember to return University property and remove licensed software from personal devices.
