ITSC Online Service Desk connects you with ITSC for prompt IT solutions, requests, technical support and inquiries. We are pleased to announce that starting Friday, 3 Jan 2025, it will have a refreshed CUHK-branded design and offer a more personalized experience.

Modern, Personalized, and Streamlined

  • Modern: The new interface features a modern design incorporating CUHK branding, improving aesthetics and maintaining visual identity.
  • Personalized: You can bookmark frequently used items such as service requests and knowledge articles and benefit from a tailored 'Recommended for You'
  • Streamlined: Announcements and 'My Active Items' are prominently displayed. The Service Request and Knowledge Base sections are now combined to provide easier access to related information.
