  • Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information. 
  • Use trusted platforms and review their policies. 
  • Verify AI outputs, as they may be inaccurate or biased. 

For Departments – Procuring AI Solutions 

  • Define clear requirements and intended use. 
  • Assess vendors, risks, and data handling practices. 
  • Ensure compliance with data protection rules and contracts. 

For Developers – Developing AI Solutions 

  • Protect data and ensure proper governance. 
  • Develop and review AI systems securely. 
  • Continuously monitor systems and maintain compliance. 

For LAN Admins – Implementing AI Solutions  

  • Protect data using access controls, encryption, and regular audits.  
  • Deploy and monitor AI systems in secure and controlled environments.
