Delegation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen)
A group of student representatives from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), led by Ms Dorothy Wong, Director of Administrative Services, paid a visit to the College on 25 March 2015. The delegates were received by the College Master, Professor Kenneth Young, and enjoyed a tea gathering at Lanson Terrace. They toured the College campus and were much impressed with the College facilities. Through the brief introduction by the College Master, the delegates gained a basic idea of College life at CWC and the living and study environment of a fully residential college.
Delegation from Breakthrough Mr Jeffrey Chau, Associate General Secretary of Breakthrough, led nine of its members on a visit to the College on 27 March 2015 to gain insight into the operation of a successful residential college as well as to exchange ideas on hostel management. Following a welcome from Professor Kenneth Young, College Master, the delegates were given a tour of the CWC campus. They were all thoroughly impressed by the hotel facilities and the College's tranquil environment. The delegates also shared their extensive experience in facilities maintenance and management with us. Founded in 1973, Breakthrough is a non-profit organization which provides cultural and educational services for young people. It is also a partner in the College's service programme.
