Sharing Session (Article 1):
CUHK and me

18 August 2014, a day with many lucky numbers and a memorable day for starting my work in CUHK again!

Now, I work as a Research Administration Officer in the Office of Research Administration and Knowledge Transfer Services (ORKTS).  I am glad to see the smiling faces of students and professors at the big family of the University.

My previous service in CUHK was 12 years ago when I was a research assistant in the School of Journalism and Communication.  I feel that the campus environment has a few changes.  The buildings, cafe and canteen are much more than before.  Maybe to meet change of curriculum from 3 to 4 years for the undergraduate studies.  I am happy with more opportunities to try different kinds of food in the campus.

I enjoy doing research and doing research management work.  With the previous research work experience in CUHK, it is much easier for me to perform my new work at ORKTS.  Indeed, CUHK is diffusing with a strong sense of academic atmosphere to attract both devoted researchers and research administrators making contribution to the academia.  It is my honour to be one of the members of this big family.
