Storage Changes for Microsoft 365 Education
In Dec 2024, we have announced a need for storage review following Microsoft’s announcement “Storage Changes (Reduction) for Microsoft 365 Education” worldwide. Several measures are being implemented to address the changes.
Email Online Archive and Auto-removal of deleted items have been enabled in May 2025 to free up storage space and improve loading times in your primary mailbox. Besides, the storage limit of your email box and OneDrive will be reduced this year.
