Microsoft has announced Skype for Business Online will be retiring on 31 Jul 2021.

Skype for Business users could consider Microsoft Teams as an alternative. After logging into Microsoft 365 Services (https://www.cuhk.edu.hk/o365) or installing Teams App, you can use Teams for real-time chat, meetings, file sharing and more. Departments can also create a Teams to facilitate project communication and collaboration.
