The Research Programme for Lingnan Culture is delighted to welcome Prof. Zuo Pengjun, Professor of Faculty of Arts of South China Normal University, as the Research Programme for Lingnan Culture Visiting Scholar. He was invited to visit the Chinese University of Hong Kong for a month and to deliver two public lectures to share his insights of Lingnan culture with CUHK students and scholars.
Prof. Zuo spoke for the ICS Luncheon Series and Research Programme for Lingnan Culture: Public Lecture Series on 7 March 2024, and spoke for the Research Programme for Lingnan Culture Visiting Scholar Public Lecture on 25 March 2024. The lectures drew over a hundred CUHK colleagues and students, alumni, and members of the public. Many insightful comments and questions were raised during the discussion sessions.
