1. Being Over Concerned
Even when you are facing something really worth worrying or concerning about, try not to overwhelm yourself or keep yourself depressed all day long. Always urge yourself to face challenges positively or talk to someone you trust. Otherwise, you will endanger your physical and psychological health.
2. Being Over Anxious
Some people appear to be anxious in pursuing success. If they cannot achieve their goals as scheduled, they might be prone to restlessness or anxiety. Such emotional responses cannot help achieving what they want, but only lead to adverse health conditions.
3. Showing Excessive Anger
In a dispute with others, you should avoid heated arguments and try to prevent further escalation of emotions, as this will not help resolving the problem, but will only intensify the issue. Anger hurts both yourself and others.
4. Being Extremely Negative
When people make mistakes, sometimes they develop defensive mechanisms of self-denial, or negative emotions. In extreme cases, they may even give up on themselves, which will result in low self-esteem and undesirable state of mind.
5. Being Over Suspicious
If one is distrustful towards others, often carries a suspicious attitude towards their colleagues, friends and even family members; this will not only affect their work, but will also influence their interpersonal relationships and family harmony, as well as their mental health.
6. Feeling Prolonged Grief
When you experience a loss or misfortune, try to learn and find ways to manage your emotions. Never shut down yourself in deadlock. Instead, you can confide your concerns to your close friends, relatives or professional counsellors that can help you get out of your trauma or psychological crisis.
