Onboarding Quick Guides
These quick guides provide step-by-step instructions to help new students and new staff get started, including:
- Setting up your account and enabling two-factor authentication for secure access
- Using essential University applications like MyCUHK, email, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Accessing the eLearning platform for teaching and learning

CU Link / Mobile Pass
- CU Link Card is your Smart University ID Card, which you can use to access the University, libraries and different buildings.
- CUHK Mobile Pass to access CUHK main gate by QR code (Available for newly admitted students from July 1, 2023)
Enhanced Security with 2FA for all logins
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all application authentications using your CUHK account and OnePass password. Refer to our knowledge articles to ensure that your DUO 2FA app is properly configured on your devices.
