CU Link / Mobile Pass 

• CU Link Card is your Smart University ID Card, which you can use to access the University, libraries and different buildings.  

• CUHK Mobile Pass to access CUHK main gate by QR code (Available for newly admitted students from July 1, 2023)  

Enhanced Security with 2FA for all logins 

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all application authentications using your CUHK account and OnePass password. Refer to our knowledge articles to ensure that your DUO 2FA app is properly configured on your devices.

• Use Online Service Desk to inquire or request IT services. You can explore an online repository containing information and solutions about our services. Upon logging in, you can also join one-on-one chat sessions with our support to resolve your inquiries during office hours.  

• Chat with ITSC Buddy, our AI Chatbot, at ITSC website to find the information you're looking for.
