Chatbot launched for the WhatsApp-a-Librarian Service

WhatsApp-a-Librarian is an enquiry service that enables you to connect with a librarian at the CUHK Library using WhatsApp, which is one of the most widely used tools for communication in Hong Kong.

The service assists users to quickly find information on library services and resources. The Library recently launched a chatbot to complement the WhatsApp-a-Librarian service by providing basic responses to users outside of the regular service hours. If users need further assistance, library staff will contact them during the service hours. If you have any comments about this service, please do not hesitate to contact us.
