|
The vision of CW Chu College embraces 4Is: intimate, international, intellectual, and involved. Our students' stories are the best testimony to these elements. As one student said, these little stories ‘accumulate and constitute’ what we know as college life. |

||
| One Room, Two Cultures | ||
|
Ms CHEUNG Hoi Shan Charlotte (Year 3, Medicine) met incoming exchange student Ms Elisa ROSSI when the latter was assigned as her roommate in Term 1, 2022–23. A semester of cordial exchange has since blossomed into a long-lasting friendship, still growing, that transcends cultural and geographical boundaries.

| Home from Home | ||
|
Four CWC alumni — Mr CHENG Kam Luen (History, 2017), Mr LEE Kwun Chi (History, 2017), Mr LI Kwun Hang (Government and Publication Administration, 2017), and Ms Chelsea NG (Government and Publication Administration, 2022) — have shared anecdotes of hostel life in this video, produced with the generous invitation from the Alumni Affairs Office. |
We are all familiar with Q&As: we ask questions, and expect answers. Rarely do we ask — indeed, question — whether the questions being asked can be refined, make us better human beings, and serve society better. |

| Music beyond Sound: an American's World of Guqin | ||
|
Over 50 students and guests filled the venue of ‘Music beyond Sound: an American's World of Guqin’, a cultural event jointly organised by CW Chu College, S.H. Ho College, and the Department of Music, held on 28 November 2022. |
|
|
|
|
||
| High Table Dinners | ||
|
In 2022–23, the College organised two much-anticipated High Table Dinners — during the first full year of on-campus activities undisrupted by the pandemic since a few years back. Students, members of the Committee of Overseers, teachers and guests happily returned for these signature dinners. |
|
|
|
|
||
| Mentorship and Scholarships | ||
|
Since the founding cohort, the Mentorship Scheme has benefited close to 300 students, supported over the years by more than 70 mentors. In 2022–23, a total of 11 seasoned professionals agreed to mentor our students (14 mentees joining the Scheme), guiding them to discover their potential. |
|
|
|
|
||
| Career and Internships | ||
|
The Summer Internship Scheme was open for application in early April 2023. The College had identified 17 internship opportunities sourced from 8 companies/ organisations across various fields, including asset management, programming, marketing, game development, finance, and more. A series of workshops were held to prepare students for the workplace. |
|
|
|
|
||
| Student Organisations | ||
|
Connect! – Leadership Training Workshop (1 April 2023) On 1 April 2023, a total of 11 members from the Ninth Representative Council, Student Union of CW Chu College, the Eighth Executive Committee of the Residents' Association, and the Eleventh College Service Team participated in a workshop hosted by Ms Qianhoong LEE from ROCK Training Consultants. The workshop aimed to enhance communication and leadership skills of students, as they prepare to take up key responsibilities for future events, such as the Service Camp and Orientation Camp. |

| College Service Team | ||
|
With generous support from The D. H. Chen Foundation, the College Service Team has been able to organise its signature summer service project over the years. |

|
The College celebrates graduation each year and welcomes alumni back on campus. |

| Culture Fests | ||
|
Festive and cultural sharing events promote international and intercultural exchange among a diverse mix of students. |
