The renowned Man-Han Banquet is a magnificent feast featuring more than 300 dishes of southern and northern cuisines and lasts for 3 days. The Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees held last month also lasted for 3 days. Its scale was comparable to that of a Man-Han Banquet.

All Over in Down Under – When Alumni in Sydney Met the Vice-Chancellor |

December 9, 2006 was a big day for alumni all over Sydney, Australia as the local CUHK Alumni Association received the Vice-Chancellor and other delegation members who spared some time to meet with them during the latter's visit to the University of Sydney, the Australian National University and the University of Melbourne.
