All first-year students (including senior-year intakes) are requested to fill in the Entry Class Questionnaire of the CUHK First-year Student Survey 2018-19 (Personal Particulars and Expectations of University Life) at www.cuhk.edu.hk/proj/ecq/survey.html by 30 September 2018 (Sunday).
