Relax–the Shaolin Way |
Results of a recent study jointly conducted by the Integrative Neuropsychological Rehabilitation Center at CUHK and the Henan Songshan Research Institute for Chanwuyi (河南省嵩山禪武醫研究院) showed that Dan Tian Breathing (DTB) from the Yonghuatang of Shaolin (少林寺永化堂) promotes higher levels of relaxation and attention among subjects of the research.
