Drama on the 2008 Sichuan Earthquake - "Sichuan Suite" |
Directed by former Manager of Sir Run Run Shaw Hall and Arts Administrator of CUHK Mr Hardy Tsoi and performed by a number of CU alumni, the drama will be staged at the Fringe Club Theatre from 13 to 19 August.
The performance to be held at 9:00pm, 19 August is dedicated as a fund-raiser in support of the charity organization Stand Tall which provides support to rehabilitation works in Sichuan.

The production of "manga" (Japanese comics) involves a complicated process. Coloring is among the most time consuming and labour-intensive procedures. But thanks to Professor Heng Pheng-Ann and Professor Wong Tien-Tsin of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, manga colourization will become a breeze with their newly developed "Computational Manga System".
