| Information Sessions for Freshmen of the Graduate Division of Biomedical Sciences | |
To enable newly admitted postgraduate research students to better understand the ongoing research projects within the School before finalizing their thesis supervisors and research topics, two information sessions were arranged by the Graduate Division in Biomedical Sciences on 6 August 2014 for the thesis supervisors to introduce their research projects to the new intakes admitted in 2014-2015.

A workshop entitled "Getting started with Articulate Studio® 13 Software" was organized for our School members on 15 August 2014 by the Teaching and Learning (T&L) Unit with the support of the Teaching and Learning Resource Center, Faculty of Medicine.

ACADEMIC LINKS 2nd International Symposium on Reproductive Genetics |
|
Following the 1st International Symposium on Reproductive Genetics held in December 2013, the National Research Center for Assisted Reproductive Technology and Reproductive Genetics, China and "The Chinese University of Hong Kong – Shandong University (CUHK-SDU) Joint Laboratory on Reproductive Genetics" (the Joint Laboratory) co-organized the 2nd International Symposium on Reproductive Genetics on 17 and 18 May 2014 in Jinan, Shandong Province.

Following the success of the previous symposia (1st in 2011, 2nd in 2012, 3rd in 2013), the 4th CUHK International Symposium on Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine (SCRM) will be held from 17-18 November 2014 at the Postgraduate Education Centre, Prince of Wales Hospital, Shatin.
