Miss Cheung Wai Ting, Sakura took the bronze medal in the 50-metre breast stroke in the CUHK Aquatic Meet on 4 October 2013, her second bronze medal in two years. She has also been selected for the University Swimming Team. Sakura and another student, Mr Leung Ho Shing, Eric were also selected for the College Swimming Team.

CUHK Five-a-side Soccer Tournament
Eight men, including an international student and two incoming exchange students, took part in the Five-a-side Soccer Tournament on 28 September 2013.　

Inter-collegiate Basketball Competition

The Men's Basketball Team participated in the Inter-collegiate Basketball Competition. The team played against Shaw College and Chung Chi College on 7 and 10 October 2013 respectively.

CUHK Athletic Meet 2013

Mr Cheng Kam Luen, Miss Gu Mingyu and Miss Hung Pui Shan represented the College in the CUHK Athletic Meet 2013 on 20 November 2013.

Yoga Workshops

The College organized two introductory yoga workshops for students on 19 and 26 November 2013. Mr Phil Freestone, a College teacher and a registered yoga teacher, demonstrated two different yoga styles in the workshops, i.e, dynamic yoga for strength and flexibility as well as yoga for relaxation and flexibility. The 20 participants enjoyed the workshops and learnt some physical poses, breathing practices, and guided relaxation.
