| Orientation Session for Freshmen of the Division of Biomedical Sciences | |

The orientation session organized by the SBS Postgraduate Students Association for freshmen newly admitted to our Division of Biomedical Sciences (2012-2013) was successfully held on 8 August 2012. Prof. Chan Wai-Yee, Director of the School and Prof. Woody Chan, Associate Director (Graduate Education) extended the warmest welcome to the new students. Ice-breaking games were conducted to allow students to familiarize themselves with their fellow schoolmates and prospective supervisors. The Organizing Committee of the orientation session also introduced to the new students the upcoming election of the 2nd Executive Committee of the Postgraduate Students Association of the School and the planned activities to be organized in the coming academic year such as Postgraduate Research Days 2012 and the various recreational activities.
