組織兩岸四地綠色建築領域專家及學生代表團參加2017湖南(長沙)裝配式建築與建築工程技術博覽會及相關學術交流活動

2017年11月28至30日

中國城市住宅研究中心聯合中國綠色建築與節能(香港)委員會、綠色建築評價標識臺灣專家委員會安排約100人的兩岸四地綠色建築領域專家與學生代表團,在中心主任鄒經宇教授帶領下於11月28日到訪長沙,出席為期三天的「2017湖南(長沙)裝配式建築與建築工程技術博覽會」,了解中國大陸的裝配式建築、綠色建築及建築工程技術等產業的發展。兩岸專家與學生代表團重點參與了「海峽兩岸及港澳綠色建築技術發展及政策論壇(長沙)聯合展覽」及「第七屆夏熱冬冷地區綠色建築聯盟大會」。部份師生亦參訪湖南省建築設計研究院有限公司及湖南省城市規劃研究設計院,與湖南省城鄉建設及住房領域的權威專家交流。

由中國城市住宅研究中心發起,在國家住房和城鄉建設部建築節能與科技司、國家住房和城鄉建設部科技與產業化發展中心、中國綠色建築與節能專業委員會和綠色建築評價標識臺灣專家委員會的指導下,已於北京、香港、台北等城市成功舉辦了七屆。歷次論壇以推動大中華地區人居環境的可持續及優化為目標,積極推動夏熱冬暖地區綠色建築標章標準、技術應用、科研創新以及未來趨勢的有關探討,分享兩岸四地綠色建築評價標準與相關技術研究成果,增進兩岸四地綠色建築領域官產學研各界及青年學子間的交流與信任。本屆論壇承接已取得的學術成果,積極回應「一帶一路」的跨區域發展戰略,並且結合粵港澳大灣區城市群發展規劃,再次通過海峽兩岸及港澳綠色建築領域各界精英、政府官員及青年學生的共同努力,積極促進了有關可持續人居環境建設若干議題的探討和交流。
 




首屆兩岸四地綠色建築創新創業學生論壇

主持:鄒經宇教授(中國城市住宅研究中心主任、中國綠色建築與節能(香港)委員會主任)、朱峰處長(中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區聯絡辦公室)、李彥頤副教授(臺灣樹德科技大學)、郭美珩女士(沛然環保顧問主席及執董、香港綠色建築議會轄下議會及會員事務委員會委員)

此次論壇是香港有史以來最大的兩岸四地綠色建築青年學生論壇,以「『一帶一路』背景下綠色建築的創新與創業」為主題,獲得中國大陸央企及香港知名企業在內的20餘家企業的支持,爲全程參與的青年學生提供了超過100個實習名額。多數支持企業的資深管理者親臨論壇與兩岸四地青年學生交流,耐心分享綠色建築行業的從業經驗,提供實習諮詢。包括來自台灣及香港9所院校研究生團隊在內的200餘位專業人士及青年學生參加,響應可持續人居建設的號召,積極加入綠色建築相關產業行列。本次學生論壇為青年學子認識綠色建築、瞭解綠色建築、投身綠色建築行業創造了契機,也為大中華地區培養下一代有志青年貢獻了力量。
 




2017/18 Visiting School & Winter Break @ Taiwan

15 – 21 December 2017

The 2017/18 Visiting School & Winter Break @ Taiwan was devised to observe and explore the construction of sustainable living environment and creation between building and landscape in Taiwan. The program was divided into several learning modules, such as "Buildings and habitats in coastal cities", "Historical area conservation and cultural revival", "Green living and sixth industrialization in Meinong", "Intelligent living environment and elderly friendly community" and "Special geological tectonic movement landform visits".

APEC Study Centre supported the seminar on "Free Trade and Globalization - The Hong Kong Experience in Retrospect and the Prospects". Close to 200 participants attended the seminar. The seminar brought together leading scholars and business leaders to look at Hong Kong's success in retrospect and explored ways to sustain our success and set the standards even higher for the next 20 years and beyond in celebration of the 20th anniversary of establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
