| Participation in the Teaching & Learning Innovation EXPO 2015 | |||||||||||

Similar to previous year, members of our Teaching and Learning (T&L) Unit including Dr. Isabel S.S. Hwang, Dr. Rebecca K.Y. Lee, and Dr. Florence M.K. Tang participated in the Teaching and Learning Innovation EXPO 2015 (EXPO 2015). This annual event was jointly organized by the Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) and the Centre for Learning Enhancement and Research (CLEAR) for teachers in the University to share their educational experience and insights. With over sixty presentations, Dr. Rebecca Lee and Dr. Florence Tang received three poster awards in the EXPO 2015 for their presentations entitled "Micro-module Production: Annotated Videos and Student-made Animation", "A Novel E-learning Courseware in a Mobile App for Studying Histology: Blended Learning in the Faculty of Medicine (Hi-Med App)" and "A Pilot Study of a Touchless Screen Control as a Dissection Guide for Anatomy Teaching (Di-Ana Teach)", respectively. Through participating in this annual activity and the continuous efforts in the development of innovative pedagogical courseware, our T&L Unit aims to further promote the good practices for the advancement of teaching quality and enhancement of student learning within the School.
