7. ITSC Regular User Group Meetings

ITSC holds meetings with different user groups regularly, with aims of maintaining close communication with our users. Two of these user group meetings are ITSC Student User Consultation Committee (SUCC) Meeting and CUHK LAN Administrators Meeting.

ITSC Student User Consultation Committee (SUCC) Meeting
The ITSC SUCC Meeting is one of the communication channels between ITSC and student users, allowing us to proactively consult with student users before any services are launched, changed or decommissioned. Student representatives of student unions, student associations and faculties, and staff representative of Office of Student Affairs are invited to attend the Meeting.

For more information about the Committee, meeting minutes and member list, please visit the Committee homepage.

CUHK LAN Administrators Meeting
In addition to student users, we regularly meet a group of staff users - University LAN Administrators* to disseminate information related to their supporting departmental LAN, enhance technology transfer and exchange the latest IT development in CUHK.

* Only those had registered to the LAN Admin Resources Website will receive meeting invitation. If you are LAN Administrators but have not registered yet, please do it at https://satcom.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/signup9.asp

For enquiries about the user group meetings, please write to ITSC Electronic HelpDesk.
