In student hostels, you may connect your devices to the campus network and Internet through network ports and WiFi covered in each room. If you find any connection or stability problems, you can always

  • Report the issue by completing the test form at ITSC homepage. This helps speed up the troubleshooting since we can have an idea of the speed and environment.
  • Call ITSC Service Desk at 3943 8845 during office hours
