The University E-mail System has been gradually switching from CUHK WebMail (Mailserv) to Microsoft Office 365 Mail in recent years. All students have been using Office 365 Mail since 2015.  Starting from November 2016, with the help of department IT support, a number of CUHK Webmail staff users have switched to use Office 365 Mail by batches.

For Exchange (or outlook) users, your IT support has already planned the migration schedule for you. Please contact them direct for the arrangement details.

For non-Exchange (or non-outlook) users, you can get your Office 365 Mail mailbox through self-registration in addition to being migrated to Office 365 by batches through department coordination. You'll hear further details through our invitation email in early May.
