Establishment of 2 New Alumni Associations

The Vancouver CUHK New Asia College Alumni Association and the CUHK Association of Mainland Graduates were newly established as 2 new members of the CUHK family of alumni associations world-wide! To celebrate its establishment, the Vancouver CUHK New Asia College Alumni Association even organized a celebration party on 26 July in the area.

Establishment of "Department of Physics Alumni Scholarships"

The "Department of Physics Alumni Scholarships" was established by the CUHK Physics Alumni Association (CUPAA) with Professor Lin Haiqing, Head of the Department of Physics, taking the lead to make a donation of $10,000.

To support the scheme, please send a crossed cheque made payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong" and mail it to "Room 110, 1st Floor, Science Centre North Block, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong (Attn: Head of the Department of Physics)". Please mark your name, donation amount, year of graduation, contact number and email at the back of the cheque.
